Who We Are
Our family has been working on water wells for 3 generations. Our grandfather Mack Dugan began servicing water wells and windmills in 1961. Our mom Janie grew up helping her dad work on windmills and running around in one of his winch trucks. Pulling pumps, standing up windmills and doing whatever work that Mack found his way into. His future son-in-law (our Dad) Rex Hendrick began working with him during the 70s and bought the business in 1984. Rex carried on the business and raised his sons doing the same work he had grown to love. Seth and Caleb Hendrick have grown up in the water well industry and took over the business in 2018. Since then we have grown and continue to grow and adapt to an ever changing world with a constant demand for life’s most essential resource – Water.
